Agile methods break tasks into small increments with minimal planning. But planning is still essential. Scope creep can be a major problem with Agile SDLC. Agile still requires a strong Project Management stucture to ensure
projects meet customer requirements , are delivered on time and on budget. The iterative approach to software development , coupled with seemly unrestricted customer changes can result in an endless project with out good PM discipline.
